Instructions for damaged memory cards:
- Make sure the edited video meets the specifications: 480*480 resolution and MP4 format.
- Connect it to a Windows PC and hold down the power button. Once the removable disk is in place, select format.
- After formatting, create a new folder called “VIDEO” in the root directory.
- Copy the edited video to this new folder.
