We accept returns for products under the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging).
Return requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
2. How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Provide your order number and the product you’d like to return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the product back.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches our warehouse. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Custom-made products.
Opened or used products.
Gift cards and subscription services.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the new order.
